The start of a new beginning

Most important meal of the day  Breakfast ........................Breakfast starts our daily lives. i love to take breakfast with my husband. when we are on duty we took breakfast together every day. Its really help start our day.
Friday is a family day  we all take breakfast together. My son love Cornflakes with hot milk and Honey. My daughter's favorite breakfast is cooked Quick oat with Banana, My Husband love's  peanut butter with bread. I'm little bit different i love Maldivian style Breakfast ( Huni Roshi, Mashuni).
We have help our kids to balance there breakfast . Here I'm trying to balance my breakfast for a good reason :) guess what???  you see my today's breakfast menu ( Chicken Toast with Fresh Orange juice) 

I really like it, and hope soon i can agree with my mind to take a healthy nutrition breakfast! cox its  help face my day with open mind . some people skip their breakfast for trying to weight lose, Usually it's not a good idea even its not successful one. Often breakfast skipper fell tired on their work time and getting lazy too.


so, choose a variety of Healthy food combination  and include it your  breakfast . Perform you day with happy mood. Be creative with your breakfast choice.
