I'm not very fond
of Yoga. My dr. suggested me to do it for my neck problem issues. And advised
me do, not do the back bends poses
In my first
class, I met some really cool people. . I
took the class with my good friend, and we met another great ladys there, the audience of class is above 40 years lady .who to
this day still loves and practices yoga. We always hung out and did our classes
mat-by-mat since that first day.
I was never a
flexible as they all do, I’m the new comer , But from the moment the teacher
started speaking of yoga, with her soothing voice, telling us to breathe in and
out, guiding us through the poses, it was like my heart was lifted way above my
head and my body was at ease. I walked out of the class, all the mates introduces.
After my yoga classes always feel relax :)
Every time I
step into a yoga class, I feel powerful. I feel like I can do ANYTHING. I feel
like a queen. I feel like my body is aching for this. My whole spirit wakes up..
within 2months i cover yoga teachers all the steps ..Feel myself happy.. Specially
my teacher calls my name and told you should do it :) every other mates ask me how so easily you cover up all the steps and the Flexibility ????

I just feel
really loving and connected to myself during and after yoga. I feel like it’s a
treat for my body, and it centers me. I practice yoga twice a week :)
YOGA IS AMAZING. There are so many different types of yoga too, there
isn’t just one. Everyone has their own yoga, a type that suits their needs and
their personality
I teach My 5 years old Daughter at home ... but i never tell her doing balancing poses so long ..she is simply amazing and showing interest
